The Bear Cave site will have a dome completed by May 1st, 2026. It also has its own fire pit and is located close to the washroom and shower building as well as other amenities like the sauna and cold plunge.
Cancellation Policy
A 5% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If a reservation is canceled more than 10 days before the scheduled check-in date, all amounts paid beyond the 5% deposit will be refunded.
Reservations canceled within 10 days of the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable, and no refund will be issued for any portion of the booking.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, weather conditions, or changes in travel plans.
